Monsters!
I believe in Monsters. It’s true. And now it’s out there for everyone to know. You wouldn’t believe what these monsters have done to me since I was born. I get blamed for everything they do. It is so unfair, they are very naughty and somehow it is always my fault.
This happened a few weeks ago and it was my fault that the garbage was on the grass. I would NEVER do such a thing. That is just naughty. And I am NOT naughty. It was the monsters.
Most monsters are sleeping during the day but not the ones around my house! They are up at all hours. At night they are particularly bad and I can’t go outside without my mom.
There were some monsters outside the other night and I couldn’t even look out the door I had to look out the window….by my mom.
Monster Spray
I now have monster spray…..which is good for kids and dogs! Here’s how you make it…..although you will need an adult to help you. (My mom only qualifies as an adult when I need her to do something…he he)
You will need to get a spray bottle…..if you are like me you have lots of those around. I’m a water dog after all!
Ingredients:
- Water
- Food Coloring…..I like RED! Its my signature color in case you didn’t know
- Essential Oil – be careful here you need to make sure that it is safe for dogs. We chose one that repels pests which is what my mom said Monsters are. You could use Geranium, Cedarwood, or Marjoram as they all repel pests.
Put the water in the spray bottle, add a few drops of food coloring until you get it the perfect color, then add a drop or two of your essential oil.
Monster Spray is to be sprayed toward the monsters….not ON YOU! I like my mom spray it all around the outside of the house. She will only let me spray it in a few places in the house. Something about staining stuff with the food coloring, if your monsters are inside you may need to forgo the food coloring.
If you need a spray you for YOU….you can use Chamomile, Lavender, and Clary Sage. Make sure you are using a pure essential oil, if it’s not there could be side effects you don’t want. You’d have to ask my mom for more details. You can contact her here.
I personally like the Peace & Calming blend from Young Living Oils…..my mom puts a drop on my ear when I’m super anxious. Like during thunderstorms. Which I don’t like AT ALL. But I do like fighter jets and fireworks. My mom says I’m weird, I say that I’m discerning. My two won’t hurt me…..well they shouldn’t where as a thunderstorm there is no controlling those things!
So far I’m not totally sure the Monster Spray is working but I can say there have been less sightings of their naughty behavior.
